If a house is held in trust for an adult whilst a parent lives can the parent remove the name from the trust with no further reference to anyone other than a solicitor?

Who set the trust up? what are the precise terms of it? Whose name has been removed?

The owner of the house set up the trust for her daughter the owner now wishes too remove her daughter - no idea what the precise terms are other than the mother may live there for the rest of her days. As yet no ones name has been removed
