THE 10 COMMANDMENTS

The real reason that we can't have the Ten Commandments posted in a courthouse or Parliament, is this -
You cannot post 'Thou Shalt Not Steal', 'Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery' and 'Thou Shall Not Lie' in a building full of lawyers, judges and politicians ..... It creates a hostile work environment.

I am sure there are one or two that covet their neighbours oxen too
rowan....LOL
You forgot to add that for the same reason you cannot post, "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's ass" in the HQ of Stonewall.
And as for tyhe 7 deadly sins they just see those as a challenge or in the case of John Prescott a perk
Quite wrong Rowan. The seven deadly sins are our raison d'etre!
rowan....interesting....al these Politicians who have "gone astray" most of them are still with their wives, but if their situation of "two timing" was posted on AB/R&D the majority of answers to the wife would be..."DUMP HIM"

Just a thought!
Ah...but the wife of a politician usually was on a nice earner as his secretary etc... and the wives of ministers seem to like the high profile and perks of living with powerful men... so she'd lose her job, possibly her home and the nice tame security man to carry her shopping or hold her umbrella...
rowan...mmmmmmm! maybe!
mike why would you covet your neighbours ar'e,know i would she has a big fat one
