Will the judge accept this statement

I am in the process of divorcing my wife, I am in receipt of a pension. My estranged wife has gave me signed document stating she does not wish to make a claim on my pension now or in the future. Will the judge accept this ?

in your last post she was after half your pension. what happened?

We reached a compromise, and her part was to not make a claim on my pension.

If she does make a claim for half of your pension counter claim for half of hers, a bloke i worked with did this and she backed down.
