Like what? Slap him first? It's just a figure of speech....I often tell my kids they need a slap. I don't do it though.

I presumed you was a bloke....

Have you said anything to him about it?
Did you not point it out to the manager as you were talking to them at the time?

i have told my manager but nothing as happend, i dont think they really care its like more work places theres days your just a no
Then up your game and tell him he needs to grow a pair.

If you can't beat em, join em.
keep a diary of anything that is said or done and then go to your HR manager with a complaint.
I had a trainee working with me once. We had a laugh and got on ok until one day, i gave him a set of keys and i said "don't lose them or i'll break both your legs"

He went to my manager over this claiming i'd threatened to half kill him and i nearly got the sack. Luckily, my manager realised i was only joking and common sense prevailed.
By the way, gathomas, an apostrophe every time a word ends in the letter ‘s’ is not necessary. Sorry to be a pain but is it a hobby horse of mine.
It's not even an apostrophe, it's an grave accent.
