My daughter has rented a London flat. The estate agent said the parking space/permit came with the flat when we tried to negotiate the price. My daughter doesn't drive and I am her only visitor by car.All the parking spaces require permits and are regularly controlled by a security co. so I can never park there. We have made several calls and emails to estate agency and are told the permit is in the post but it never arrives.I wonder what I might do next?
