incorrectly indicating

if I'm approaching a roundabout and someone on my right is also approaching it and is indicating left (leaving the roudabout clear for me to ctrross) but then goes on round the roundabout and hits me whos fault would it be ?
Yes I nearly had a crack up tonight and had to resist the firm temtation to get out of my car while i was blocking her path and tell the stpud driver of that uneccesary 4X4 just how indicators are supposed to be used, and that owning a 4X4 does not make you lord of the raods or give you permission to disregard other users.
I'm seriously considering CCTV in my car, I'm fed up with people that indicate one thing and then do another, if therer is an accicdent it's my word against hers.

I nearly caused an accident once, when my indicator failed to cancel after my previous left turn.
you're supposed to make sure the road is clear before entering a roundabout, but I can see both sides, having almost been that other person.

well then they should remove indicators from cars ! whats the point in having them.
Now i'm not so hot under the collar about it being a 4X4 I've been nearly hit by no end of people or seen plenty of circumstances where had i relied on the indicator information I would have been hit.
when your in the middle of the rush hour it gets a bit difficult to sit there and ignore a persons indicator, if you do that you might never get home. many people just don't care, and it is annoying, I'm a calm driver but know how to put my foot down when required. I must admit when I was learning to drive, my instructor drummed it into me to wait until you see the indicating car start to make the intended manoeuvre - never believe an indicator.

well don't get me started on roudabouts, people don't know how to use roundabouts, they signal all clearly that they are going round one which is damned obvious because they are yet they don't signal to say they are getting off.
Many people like one that nearly hit me signal they are goung round, are on the inside lane and then abruply pull right across the roudabout in this cool manauver that gets the person on theit left that wants to take the next left hit in the side.
Damn if your on the inside of the roudabout you going round it, you should in my opinion and i beleive it to also the the highway code moving over to the outer lane right after the turning before the one your taking, you leave the inside clear for other drivers and make clear your intent even without indicate and don't run the risk of being cut off in the inner lane by other cars on the outside lane who are actually using the roudabout correctly

I was just thinking today how annoying it is when people use indicators at the wrong time i.e. they are taking the 3rd exit on a roundabout but indicate before the have passed the second exit so you think they are taking the 2nd. Although you can usually tell by the direction their car is pointing in.

the thing is being under 30 and driving a mondeo that already has a replaced bumper and a bang in the back that I repaired myself so you can see it's there I know damn well how I'll be judged. but no I'm not a chav that just wants to race around in a high power car which is what a mondeo with a 1.8L engine is considered.
I actually ditched the 1L atoz for the better performing mondeo so that I would be safer if hit and had the ability to get out of bother when i did have to put my foot down, that same high power that i use to enable my safety from dangerous drivers is considered a liability by the inrance comapany - so ironic
