Seems like a simple question but Ministry of Justice say - Not us mate, the revamped Magistrate Courts say - Not us mate, the Magistrates Association say - Not us mate,

They will be hard copies I should add as the Labour Administration had no funds to put them on an IT database. But who holds them? Is there a Law Library?

Very curious matter is this.
