Meeting Nice Celebrities

Have you ever met any TV/Film/any Celebrities who have been really pleasant to meet ?

Years ago i met Stevie Chalmers who played for Celtic, Jimmy Saville and David McCallum *Man from Uncle* when he was visiting his aunt just round the corner from my house

Jimmy Saville used to drive through York when going back to Leeds from visiting his mother in Scarborough every Sunday. We drew up alongside him one day - he was in his RR convertible and we were on motorbikes. He waved his cigar in the air and said 'okay guys and gals' - PMSL

Well when I was 14yrs old I joined the St John's Ambulance and was kitted out with unifom, beret and a bag containing smeliing salts and bandages. LOL LOlL smooth eh?
There was live theatre in the town that I was born in and the St. J's A attended with an adult SJA and a minor SJA ( me!)
Well that night it was Sabrina and she appeared on stage, scantily clad and little sqad got quite sexually excited. She tripped and sprained her ankle and as I dashed to the stage to give first aid, I was "hauled" back by the senior SJA saying that "Iwas not up to the job" LOL LOL

I met David Tennant when he was filming Dr Who in Cardiff. He was stood talking to another bloke. I just had to talk to him,he was really friendly and gave me his autograph on a paper bag. I used to live near Shirley Bassey before she went off to london.

Met Fraser Hines ex emmerdale and doctor who,he came into the pub i was running dying for a pee, nice chap!!!

Met princess diana celebrity/princess nice but what a flirt!!!

I have met masses of famous musicians, and TV and theatre stars but to be fair in an 'interview' situation, we are both in a professionak frame of mind, so we are always very nice to each other.

That said, Paul Weller was very abrupt and walked off - try to form it seems.

Owne Paul stood two feet away from me and let his PR tell me that he was too busy to be interviewed - even though the int. would have appeared in three teen titles - and he was too much of a star to be bothered with impromptu requests - we were backstage at a TV shoot.

Owen who? Exactly!

Linda Lusardi was as gorgeous a person as she was a model.

Eartha Kitt (my dad went to stroke her poodle and knocked the poor little thing over! She was not impressed)
