I don't know, TB.. don't you think he'll be segregated for his own safety?
-- answer removed --
Yes he will be, but that really won't help him.
Sickening stuff...
Likely, I guess. Ironic consideration isn't it .......... his safety?
Question Author
yeah, god bless the Human Rights Act :o/
I heard this on the way home. I was horrified. Picking on people that are almost as vulnerable as children and probably (because of the shame) less likely to say anything. Plus an act more likely to shorten their lives.

His first victim was 89 years old.

I am hoping for a very lengthy sentence.
Question Author
he cut phone lines, removed light bulbs.. I can't find words to describe how sickened I am.
Wasn't he picked up once as a suspect, but plod let him go. The evidence was there, but nobody could be arsed following it up. The Met have now issued an apology!
When he was arrested he tried to blame it on his son, then after it was confirmed it was his own DNA found at the scenes he said his ex planted it there to get back at him!

17 years this filthy bastad prowled the streets preying on old folk, a life sentence is too good for him

Hang the bastad
He will probably be fed better meals than some of his victims.
That really pses me off.
I agree Elvis, and in public too, I'd be in the front row.

I'm mad at the police who let him roam the streets for 10 years because they couldn't be bothered to follow through the clues. But then thats nothing new is it?Remember the 'Yorkshire Ripper?

jem
Although Peter Sutcliffe was pulled in half a dozen times years before he was finally arrested, back then the police never had computers, everything was done on paper and filed so his name just went unnoticed
Even so.......... - Don't start defending them they were in the wrong. (sigh)

jem
Who is defending who?

The fact is, even in the 90's they didn't have the technology they have now, humans make mistakes...
