Well 'The Killing' is now over. One of the best crime dramas I have seen in years. So much better that the average UK offering. My initial thought has proved correct although I had given up on Vagn after he seemed to be cleared part-way through.

Despite one or two plot holes it was consistently high quality. One thing I really don't get - what was Jens Holck's part in any of this? He was the one whose car was in the hit-and-run and who was the first one shot by police.

Glad to hear that BBC will be showing the second one later in the year.

Wasn't it good ?

We accused, and cleared, Vagn several times as the series went along.

Holck was having an extra-marital affair with Nanna. It was conducted 'at the flat' and he slipped the civil servant 5,000 crowns per month to ensure that the flat was available. I got the impression that this civil servant continued to press Holck for the money after the affair was over.
Holck snapped and killed the Civil Servant by means of a hit-and-run.

Was it Morten who left the missing surveillance tape at Lunds House ?

Looking forwards to part 2..........:o)

Thanks Jack. I had forgotten he was the one seeing Nanna, they ran through that bit fairly quickly.
Wonder if this will be repeated on BBC 1 as sometimes happens.
The box-set is available as a prize in a Radio Times competition.

I'm tempted.......:o)

Saturday nights won't be the same, now....:o(
