Sorry, I've just read the rules, here:

They include this:
"Entrants must be of good moral character and not be under the influence of any medication, drugs or other substance which may impair their ability to participate in the Competition or undertake the post of the Meerkovian Ambassador".

Surely that rules out about 99% of the people on CB?
