Does anyone know if Noel Edmonds has heart/artery problems? Wondered if it had been documented anywhere?

Well I watch Deal...and notice he has the "creases" in his ear lobes which I know from experience could mean that he has blocked arteries...it's not a sure fire way of knowing but doctors have told us (from OH's diagnosis) that it does indicate coronary problems in a lot of people. Only reason I asked as I can't find anything about it on the internet and wondered if anyone knew if this was the case for Noel.

Iv'e heard that too classy, MRask has creases in his earlobes and he has heart/artery trouble. Could be Noel is being treated for it with betablockers or something.

Yes anne apparently so with the creases....we know other people with similar who turn out to have artery problems. In fact a friend of mine was given the all clear with an ECG then I noticed he had creases in his ear lobes...recommended he saw his GP again and the next thing he had a heart by pass just as my OH had and may have to have again now he's had his for 10 yrs (apparently that's about the life time of a by pass so we were told).

I remember seeing him up close at an event in Devon 18 years ago, I couldn't believe how his face was covered in tiny red veins, he was relaxed and mingling with people, so not even stressed.when you see him on TV, he has a LOT of makeup!!

Hope Mrask is ok gran....once they treat things early it usually helps as they keep an eye on things.

Yes I think it is more common in men and it is usually an inherited thing too....runs in families a lot of the time so if you've got it you've got it.

Trouble is...once you know about "the creases" you do start looking at people....it's strange really, you check them out...you have to be careful they don't catch you ear watching LOL.

Atm classy Mrask is waiting to go in for a 7 day monitor fitting, he's already had a stent put in a main artery and the artery in his neck had a small blockage too.Now he has an irregular heartbeat that can't be regulated when they stop his heart and restart it. He's on Warfaring permanently and already had the monitor fitted before, which was OK The hospital doctor wants to treat him with medication rather than any invasive surgery. He had a slight stroke (24 hours) a couple of years ago.Now they've put him on betablockers which make him a pig to live with,
