Have just watched the episode in question. The cashpoint incident pales into insignificance with that where Tina charged Ken Barlow £1.80 for a half. That's £3.60 a pint! In a back street boozer in the suburbs of Manchester? Ooh err, missus! Clanger alert! For that money in Newcastle you can get two pints, 10 ciggies, fish and chips, a loose woman and still have change for the tram fare home. Scriptwriters haven't done their research on this one!

I did not, but haven't watched the second episode yet. The original was John Woodvine, of many past TV crime series. Marina from LOTSW seems to be the same though. Once again, will have to view and report back.
