sorry, mine was facetious - many hats and fascinators also have a toning elastic band which can go under your hair at the back to hold on smaller elaborate hats.

we said the very same thing about andrew's two! They looked totally ridiculous and someone should have told them not to wear them. They looked just like the ugly sisters in the panto i saw at crimbo. And they were played by two blokes!

I love to see the hats and my own personal favourite together with the matching outfit was worn by Tara P T and of course she had the figure and deportment for it.
