A friend of mine is having to listen to Celine Dion being played by her neighbours.
Is this acceptable, especially on a Sunday morning???

It`s not acceptable to have to listen to Celine Dion at any time of the day.

In some cities (such as Hobart, Australia for one) the noise of church bells is inflicted upon the people every Sunday morning. I would find this unacceptable.

I can well imagine that it's a christian playing Celine Dion. They do like to annoy people!!

my gawd do you live the other side of my neighbours? I had this problem a year ago, I posted on here a few times about it, I complained to the housing association about My Heart will go on and the theme from Aladdin being played on a loop and they had a word with her, apparently she was suffering from a mental illness and was off work with it and played the songs repeatedly as a coping strategy.

Probably Dotty! It's also electroconvulsive therapy. Great for lifting ones mood but not so good for the memory!!!
