trying to top up my love film list, any good film or tv series you have watched recently, ineed some ideas

more comedy/thriller/drama/sci fi fan, nothing where animals die - so emergency vets or bambi is out

Just watched 'The next 3 days'...Russell Crowe thriller, very good too.
Just bought 'The American' with George Clooney but have not watched it yet.
'The way back' is supposed to be very good but HMV have run out of copies so waiting for new supply

Well i would always recommend (assuming you havent seen them already!?) The West Wing, The Soprano's , Deadwood, Son's of Anarchy , Arrested Development, 30 Rock , Band of Brothers , Damages...... im sure there are loads out there!

If you are into Sci Fi - Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe are all brilliant series as well as Babylon 5 and all the Star Treks.
I would also recommend "A Town called Eureka" which is a brilliantly mad series as well as Warehouse 13 and Fringe which are also excellent.
Film-wise.. If you are a Star Wars fan, watch "Fan Boys" as it is really funny but only if you are a Star Wars fan otherwise you will not understand half the jokes.

Modern Family, recently discovered this and it's one of the few comedies that makes me laugh out loud on occasions, oh, and also Big Bang Theory.

The Adjustment Bureau comes out in the next couple of weeks - that's good. Also out in July Company Men, The Lincoln Lawyer or how about Unstoppable?

I have box sets for Law & Order SVU and House, do you like anything like that? (I still want to get the thunder cats and x men cartoon, there's a new thundercats cartoon coming out soon too :c)

The only other thing I think I'd get would be family guy and if feeling particularly flush American Dad. Been watching a comedy called Angry Boys, that's pretty funny, on BBC 3 I think.
