Although logged in the boxes are not accepting numbers today - is it just me or is anyone else having the same problem please?

Tried to enter todays number and was told I had not entered yesterdays but I had. I had however claimed reward yesterday.

I had same problem, but claimed another reward. then it was okay and let me enter today's number, which look's like it is starting a new week

yep me too......Contact them, tell them. I did. And it worked! sadly though, methinks it's a scam to get peeps to use the premium phone line. one way or another they've got to make their money back after paying out so much on the prizes.

I've contacted them a couple of times today, with no result. Have you noticed, if you scroll down, it says that the number for Sunday 3rd July is 'no longer available'

Do you keep getting a box saying something like "you have typed in Sunday's number", and asking you to input Saturdays number again? If so, just press continue, and enter today's number, Saturday's has alredy been saved....

REWARDS

You need to redeem the reward if you already have seven numbers. Then it will give you the same scren and you can start applying again for another set of rewards.

Yep - I don't understand it as I couldn't get my July 12th number to register either, but just clicked on 'Redeem Reward' after reading the last posting.
Why do they say you need 8 numbers - when you can claim the reward with just 7 ?

I meant I couldn't register my JULY 3RD number, but the 'Redeem Reward' bit worked with only 7 registered numbers.

I've just tried again and had the same prob asking for Saturdays numbers etc - but I followed bobthefishermans advice and pressed continue etc - and that worked - thanks!

Yep - but still something a little 'odd' in the fact that there haven't been any major problems until the day when we can claim our vouchers...

Thanks for the info, I couldn't log in, contacted them, but tried as you said, claiming for 7 dates, and got to claim my reward, and enter Sundays numbers for next one.

Thanks for the info. I couldn't enter number, did what you suggested, and managed it, and claimed reward with 7 dates not 8. I too thought it was a fix.

I think what's confusing most people - me included - is the fact that you only need 7 numbers, but there are 8 dated boxes on the page.
I have to admit that I'd forgotten the bit about you only needing 7 numbers.
Anyway, I think most of us have now got it 'sorted'...
