Where's the best place to get a free ringtone for my mobile?

I've got a Nokia flip and I used to have 'Who let the dogs out' on an old phone and would like something like that. Don't want to end up paying loads for it though.

You appear to have polyphonic and mp3 ringtones - you should be able to upload the actual song in mp3 form and set it as a ringtone if you'd prefer it to that one.
