For me it has to be "pretty much". It seems to be popping into every conversation about anything. Any others that grate on your nerves?

"at the end of the day"
i pretty much agree with most things noraq posts
Why thank you Dr. Filth......=)
At the moment for me at least it's 'be careful what you wish for'
when's all said and done
I myself
The general public
Yes,no (in answer to a question)
Fundamentally
"obviously" (when it's not)
Not a phrase, but actors substituting the word "have" for "of". I've heard it a lot in Corrie recently - "you must of" - drives me crazy!
Star .Star of this ,star of that .Anyone whos in a soap is a star .Is it cause they are starring or it is it cause they light up our lives .Where does this word come from Starring ?
I agree with the word star, and the word celebrity. Who gets to decide that they are?
''at this moment in time'' (why not just say now.) Ron.
Any varying forms of "unique" such as quite unique, very unique etc It's either unique or it's not! And "110%" also annoys me. And (although I haven't heard it so much recently) "I hear what you are saying" - it's called listening, along with "At this moment in time" - now?! Gosh, you've got me started, kia cat!
"Absolutely" when "yes" or "that's right" would suffice.
Why do folk say, for example, "It's ten times smaller/less than" when they mean it's a tenth?
Myself, used for emphasis, I myself, who else could I be!
I tried to listen to a discussion regarding the NOTW and NI fiasco, it was between two otherwise intelligent men who were incapable of speaking without er, er every other word. As Judge Judy would say, Er is not an answer!
I've noticed folk saying "So" at the start of each answer to a question.
turning my life around! on a journey! aaaaarrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhh
'it is what it is' (well obviously )

oh and when people say ' get off of my back ' there is no need to use the extra 'of'
I hate it when people start a sentence with "I mean to say"
