When I change over to Sky TV next week, shall I still be able to get A/B and Favourites, or will I have to re-register?

Assuming you mean you are getting internet from Sky, yes everything should remain as it is. All that is changing is the company who provides you with a means of accessing the net. None of your favorites or login details should be affected.

As SquareBear indicates, nothing will change if you switch ISPs (except that, if your email address is with the old ISP, you may find that it no longer works)
