bring back tv series of your choice

just suppose you're an all-powerful TV boss and you are able to bring back one TV series from the past, to make new series of it either with its original cast if they're still with us, or with new actors. Which series would you choose?

I'd bring back Battle of the Planets but thats a cartoon. I wouldn't mind watching the repeats though. Space 1999, The Martian Chronicles and as Factor30 says, Laurel & Hardy. I'd love it if they were repeated. I'd give Buck Rogers a miss though.

Hill Street Blues and LA Law - loved them
London's Burning but the original cast - they spoilt it at the end with the cast changes
and SOAP but after the latest story lines in Coronation Street and Eastenders we probably wouldnt find it so funny

Raandall & Hopkirk (The older series from the sixties), The Champions,The Saint,and the U.S.A. series, Columbo, Streets Of San Francisco, Mission Impossible (The one from the Sixties),The Waltons, and Barnaby Jones which had great stories. Even my mother who couldn't stand detective series enjoyed Barnaby Jones with Buddy Ebsen.
