CNN - arty film

There is this video of a few minutes long that I watched once in college. It was was cuttings from various CNN reports. The artist had edited each word, gesture, phrase from the originals to collate a new report - and as i remeber his re-make was a personal and probably political statement.

Does this ring any bells for anyone? And If you have seen this could you tell me the artist, what it is called, and where I might be able to see it again?
