What is the title of this Catherine Cookson film?

I saw it on Yesterday. A womans husband died so she went to work for a local landowner but she had to put her eldest daughter in the workhouse. The daughter was well educated and taught others to read and write, annoying the owner. The daughter was left some money and wanted to start her own school for all, including girls, which she did after marrying the son of the workshop owner. Does anyone know the name of that story? I hope it's enough info. TIA.

I can only find ''fifteen streets'' in my tv mag. Synopsis says:-Feature length
period drama starring Sean Bean, Owen Teale and Jane Horrocks. A docker
and a school-teacher finding love across the divide in early 20th century
Newcastle. [It was told over two nights].

Your're desciption made me instantly think of the one with Bob Peck (as the sex pest landowner) and Jean Anderson (as the grand old lady of the big house she went to work in). So The Black Velvet Gown is right. Couldn't have told you the title though.
