Please could somebody tell me what the last bit is all about?  The guy has make-up on and is moving about outside the block of flats...... how does it tie-in with the story (if at all!!!)

The guy was the landlord of a flat which the gang needed as viable living quarters for Danny to entertain his "Dad" He asked for �2000 lease/rent but the gang responded by pretending to be film makers making a horror movie and persuaded him to use his flat free as a location, on the premise he would have a starring role as a zombie, hence the crazy make up and weird movements. Great show though!
