I was almost at the point of giving up on Dr Who, until this week's, which is a good 'un.

I' love to be able to tell you what was happening, but i've still no idea. Luckily, this weeks isn't a follow on and is a episode without any of that "what the hell....?" thing going on, It IS spooky though!

You are not meant to know whats happening untill the end when it all comes together, They do this on purpose to keep people watching it each week because they want to know whats going on that they keep watching it how ever annoying it is, and it seems to be working for them, Just like Torchwood. Plus people may even buy the box sets then to watch it again once they have worked out what it all was about to confirm to themselfs that they finaly do understand it all. It's Psychology.

Somebody in an Astronaut outfit killed the Doctor at the beginning of the series, but being a time travel series the same (possibly earlier) Doctor is heading towards the day when he will be killed.
Earlier in the series, Amy had been kidnapped and the Doctor and Rory were travelling around with a Ganger-Amy (a Flesh replica). The real Amy gave birth to a girl who would grow up to be River Song. River Song had been brought up to kill the Doctor, but the Doctor managed to make River Song see the error of her ways.
