Nothing, still on channel 503 not "not enough signal" but we've always had it before.
sorry neti. I'm not with Sky. Do you think your dish may have moved a bit?

I understand that phoning Sky is not always the best option (from what peeps have told me who have Sky and from what I've read on here)
Just tried it, still there on 503.
netibiza: in certain areas televisions need retuning today, 28 September
Try switching off your system. Then remove your sky card and wipe it over with a clean tissue. Replace it and then switch the whole thing back on.
This often works for me when our sky goes a bit wonky
I'm not on Sky, and BBC News 24 has also vanished over the last 2 days from my screen here in Germany. I lost Deutsche Welle like this last year when they moved to a different satellite, has this programme done likewise?
nungate, I agree that switching the Sky box off can be helpful in resetting things when the elves inside get tired and confused but the remove/tissue/wipe/replace thing was developed to give customers something to do and give the Sky call centre operatives a little respite from trying to make small talk with irate customers. :)
You should fill a jar with lots of shiny things like beads, sequins, screws metal buttons and place it by the temperamental gadget and it should (in theory according to my American friend) draw the attention of all elves, gremlins and ghosts that may be lurking in the machine
:o)

They have changed the frequency so will not be able to retune and get it. Shame.
