Not sure yet as just thinking about it. I have turkey steaks, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, tomatoes so think I might just chuck it all in a pan together with some veg stock and herbs and spices and see what happens.

The old fella's got a steak on the go and some chunky chips. I quite fancy a bit of peppercorn sauce to dip it all in but he said if I wanted some I'd have to go and get it myself. Pah!

Youngest Wingnut has gone to a sleepover so having a treat for older Wingnut. So we are having steak sandwiches (burger for her as she has a brace!) with jacket wedges, salad, roasted onions and mushrooms. Then a movie and vino for us (ok me) and Shloer for her :o)

Home made shep pie followed by blackberry crumble. Is it wine o'clock yet?

Lamb chops, boiled potatoes, minty peas and some mint sauce.
Followed by leftover apple and blackberry pie and possibly some ice cream.
Diet? Pah!

Home made fish & seafood pie with extra prawns all covered in a rich home made parsley sauce with home grown parsley and the sauce really deep green and then covered with a mix of potato & carrot mash and topped with grated cheese, in the oven right now.
Tomorrow for a late breakfast /brunch we will have bubble & squeak with chopped bacon in it and local butchers sausages.
Tomorrow night ? will get inspiration from this thread.

Who knows. The OH is meant to be cooking for the next week. However, his "food management" leaves a lot to be desired. Consequently, the steak for tonight mings. I am currently taking advice as to how to save the steak or kill the OH.
