Born with two mothers

Did anyone watch this last night? I was watching it and feel asleep at the crucial point where both sets of parents were in the court room and it was to be decided where and who baby Joe should be with. Who did he end up with? Did he stay with the birth mother or with his actual mother. Am so so gutted I missed the ending. ;-(

It was ruled that the baby should reside with its genetic parents and that the birth mother was allowed to visit once a month!

Oohhh I kind of expected that, but still, a bit sad after the birth mother had raised him for 6months or so. Thanks for saving my sanity and letting me know anyway.
