The name of an old horror movie

80's maybe early 90's, possibly a demon/witchcraft movie (American) Where, sorry, the only clip I remember is a camper van parked on a camp site/field. The travellers have a small dog. They leave the dog in the vehicle whilest their away. During this a group of demons/witches/vampires? open the vehicle door and place snakes in the overhead lockers and the dog is dismembered (sliced with a knife) from neck to groin.
The travellers return to find their dog hung upside down outside the camper and snakes inside.
Also I remember the group of demons/witches/vampires gathered around a camp fire and the travellers walk towards them and one older female demon???? sat in a deck chair, turns around to looks at them and smiles...a very creepy smile.
