Eastenders

I've only ever watched one episode of Eastenders and that was the first one. As you can gather, I wasn't too impressed.
Now, whenever I see a trail on the BBC for the programme everybody seems to be shouting at each other. Do they ever speak normally?

The advert was full of people crying, and screaming at each other, and threatening each other.
It was far too "real" to be shown at 5.15pm when many children may be watching (even I found it a bit upsetting).
What an awful program.

LOL @ Mung beanz - those phrases will be going round my head all day now & I'm from the North!!
I've watched it since it started more or less, gone off it a few times, but always get drawn back, as I do with all the soaps. Yet, all I seem to do is whinge about EE, there's so many people & plots that I think are just ridic - but I think it's a bit like family - after so long I just tolerate them all!!
