No he said: "Of all the gin joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine"

He never said "Play it again sam", the dialogue went like this.

Rick: "Play it Sam"

Sam: "I played it once already boss!"

Rick: "Play it Sam"

The quotes are from Casablanca, of course. Play it Again Sam was a Woody Allen film (and rather good).
