Do you know whether the film Iris starring Judi Dench and Jim Broadbent? has ever been shown on TV?

Yes. I never watch DVDs and I saw it at home so it must have been on

I tend not to watch DVD's either so have been hoping it might have been shown on TV.
Was the film any good factor?
I can't remember exactly but i must have enjoyed it as I rarely sit though a film without wandering off to go onto Answerbank. I recall it was quite moving- get some tissues in if you tend to get emotional- but it also showed real love between two people

I'm the same factor and if I do manage to sit through a film, you can bet it will have a rubbish ending but I would be quite prepared for that with this film because of it's content. What I meant was, it will probably have a sad ending.
