goodmans digibox menu in russian

I have acquired a goodmans digibox (therefore no instructions) and whilst trying to tune the tv with it somehow or other the menu has gone into russian or bulgarian or some other such cyrillic language. Nothing I do either with the tv remote or the digibox remote will change the instructions into english. Anyone had this problem and what can be done.

eventually I downloaded a goodmans instruction booklet (all 87 pages of it!!) from the digital uk website - good website actually and have instruction booklets for all digiboxes for anyone who has lost theirs or never had one. It appeared that the cyrillic language was related to the tv not the box and the way the box had been set up to the tv. Once we had it set up with scart the whole thing just came on with no problems and off we went.
