software to help with streaming films...?
2 Answers
i sometimes watch movies online, but sometimes they judder or buffer
i know to leave it on pause for 10 mins to stop the buffer...
but nothing stops the juddery play - as though it is missing out whole frames .... except, strangely, if i click on the progress bar where the bit is playing and just hold my finger on the trackpad...it plays perfectly then...weird eh?
but obviously i cant watch films with my finger held in one place.
is there any software, or anything that i can download to sort this...preferably free...?
i keep installing the plug ins it tells me i need but it doesnt fix it....
thanks

thanks. i did try garboid a few years ago, but although the films worked well i found most of the films were older... it never seemed to have the newest releases, and you can only watch what they have available.
although the fee was only about £3 or a month i want to be able to watch any film thats available somewhere online.
ive downloaded speedbit video accelerator, divx and vidx and mplayer and ilivid - and still they play like this...
