Does anyone remember "Survivor" a TV drama serial by Terry Nation.  What decade was that?  Early 70s I thought.  And did any of the cast do anything else? I think Nation is dead now but I wonder what else he did.  In the case of "Survivor" I think Nation was influenced by John Wyndham, author.  I expect it would look a bit tame now, but I remember being very impressed at the time. There had been pandemic of some horrible disease so there were only a few people who had survived....you know the thing.

You're thinking of "Survivors". Yes, it was Terry Nation, who also did loads of other stuff such as Blakes 7, The Avengers and Doctor Who (he invented the Daleks!)

Thanks finex. I clicked and found out not only the info. on the drama series, but went on into the siteIMDb and am having a free trial at the Pro pages.

Finex,

You can get all three series on DVD now. They are as fresh and entertaining as when originally broadcast. Many programmes date with time but set mostly in the country and away from any other indicators you cannot tell this is 30 years old.

I wonder what they are all doing now. The Survivors website is pretty good.
