Last night it was decided that Jedward will represent Ireland at the Eurovision Song Contest for the second year running. Has it yet been revealed who will be representing the UK?

One of the dingles well Ireland started it
We should just pull out. I would imagine it costs a lot of money to enter and we pretty much know we will come almost last. It will be interesting to see how Greece fair this year though!
I can't help thinking Jedward have been picked in the same way Father Ted was picked for Eurovision. The song has to be so bad, there is no chance of Ireland winning it, and therefore having to host it!

Oh dear - have to admit I actually like it!
Does anybody care, or even watch the whole waste of time?
Ireland won severaltimes in the past, and it cost them a fortune.

They don't want to risk that again.

Mattk makes a good point - lets all vote for Greece just for a laugh.
As much fun as bushtucker trial votes.
Dear God................I quite liked it as well :-(
are you pissed already Crafty?
The BBC's Eurovision team is still tweeting that 'patience is a virtue':

Several countries aren't announcing the name of their artistes until around the middle of next month. With the UK automatically being in the final, there's even less rush for the BBC to do so:

... and we thought we were so extreme with Bucks Fizz and the velcro skirts.
Some of us are old enough to remember when Sandie Shaw performing in (and winning) the Eurovision Song Contest BAREFOOT (shock! horror! please don't faint!) was regarded as outrageous ;-)
I've watched it since it began, I remember Pearl Carr & Teddy Johnson singing 'Sing Little Birdy Sing' in the 50s.
We have our pads & pens ready and give 'em marks but the one I like never comes first.

jem.
I can't remember where they came, anyone know?
