Had a visit from my little 3 year old neighbour earlier, he wanted to borrow a dvd. he was very specific however in that movie had to feature the following:

A fat lady
A man (He loooves Mans so he told me)
A dog
it had to be both scary and sad
there were to be monsters who scared people and caught them and made them sad
there was to be a big family and the mum was to die.

I foobed him off with the 2nd Ace ventura movie

Anyone any idea of a movie that feature all that????

lol - and that's maybe a bit above a 3 year old - tbh I think he was procrastinating as he wanted to stay and play for a while but it would be fantastic to actually produce the movie that actually features all that.

The Others popped into my head... I wouldn't be showing that to a three year old though! And there was no dog or monsters but there were ghosts and the mum is already dead.... Woops....

I don't find a three year old's request for a film that is scary and sad, with monsters who catch people and make them sad, and in which the mum dies, amusing or cute. Coming from a three year old, that worries me.
