Who does one apply for a job on SNL as a writer?

I'm a film student who's interested in writing comedies and I'm just wondering how one would apply for a job on SNL as a writer. I heard you have to work in The Second City or Groundlings but what if you're not interested in acting yourself and are not even close to good at it and you just want to write for the show?

Also, I noticed I put who instead of how and I don't know how to change it. That's pretty embarrassing for someone who wants to be a writer.
