As far as I know the actress died, but the character was still on holiday / visting friends etc, now to explain why she isnt coming back theyve had the character die as well

It must be quite sad for the cast as they are really mourning the actual loss of a friend and colleague, I read a report which said they really struggled with the filming and had to take numerous breaks as they were so upset.
