lol NOX. Well it says that Ben has kept the photo frame to , literally, "frame" Jay, as when Ben came out of prison Phil was all over Jay and Ben was incrediby jealous. He sets up Jay, and he also has his hoodie from the stag night. Goes to trial and it is set to test Phils family loyalty to his son over justice to see whether he will actually let jay take the rap. As I say, may be a fake story going about....

Thats what I cant remember. I know it went missing(did Ben take it?) and Phil went and bought another one and gave it to the police and said it was jays original one.

Ok, I cheated and Googled it lol. Phil comes into Arches and hears Ben taunting jay by saying that he has got his bloodstained hoodie from the night of the murder so Phil marches ben down to the allotment to burn it. So Ben DOESNT have the hoodie then....
