So lots of us have got these "set top" boxes.

My tellys seem to be about 1" deep.

How exactly do these boxes go on "top" of the set ???

It's so obvious, now you say it, Dave.

I think they should be called "set somewhere near boxes"

Hang it???

The box, or the telly?
the box
I can't believe how much crap we have got attached to out two main TVs - virtually need our own power station to keep them all going.

There's no level on which that might look a bit odd?

Wow, that's a small one, chuck.
maybe it's a normal size one far away and held by someone with an abnormally big hand
some are just like a scart connection
even worse if your tv is wall mounted, you have to buy shelves to put your set top box on to

Size of things far away ...

"How far away are they??"

Bit like a *** really, you don't actually blow at all do you?
Oh dear I've been ******d!
Wouldn't mind if the asterisks had the same number of letters - two words, four and three. First word begins with B second with J!
Try using it as a 'floor top box'
In the 80's I had a telly that was a big black rectangular box, with a perfectly flat top.

I could have got a set top box neatly on that, if only they had been invented then.
