Just watched this and really enjoyed it when I didn't think I would. Piers had met his match and it was a change for him to interview someone with no skeletons in the cupboard and no tearful confessions to drag out of. I thought it was quite funny. Did anyone else enjoy it?

I thought it was excellent, and I think Piers enjoyed himself too.
Didn't watch it as I don't much like him but from what you've said I may look for it on catch up
I've always liked him, a much more natural comic than many. My dad used to see him in Manchester working mens clubs before he was famous.
Interesting how Piers Morgan himself is also winning people round too now

He mananged to catch Piers out with or two jokes! He's certainly done a lot over the years and met some famous people. It was the last of the series but no doubt there'll be another.
Yes I did thought JT was great

Only watched the second half after H I G N F Y and found it very funny, may watch the first half on catch up.
I absolutely loved it! I have to say I had no idea that Jimmy Tarbuck had done so much, but thoroughly enjoyed it.
I'm going to watch it when its repeated next week. I love these interviews and I think Piers Morgan is brilliant at getting the best out of people and he enjoys himself as well!
He is one of the best stand up comedians -
Jimmy Tarbuck..and worse..Piers Moron!! :-(...I can hear the sound of a Couple of Barrels being scraped...Yeuck!!
I really enjoyed it. I was sorry to see Liza didn't contribute, apparently it was because she doesn't like Piers.
Hi linedancer,
I enjoy watching these interviews. I wouldn't normally tune in to something with Jimmy Tarbuck ,but I found the interview gave an insight in to how 'big' he was in his heyday & how he still has respect from fellow entertainers. Seems he's done a lot for charity & returned some of his good fortune which I wasn't aware of.
Ah, that was it then Robinia, I wondered why Liza wasn't part of it!
I loved it! Ive always liked Jimmy Tarbuck and this programme showed how much respected he is. Its been a very entertaining series i thought and i hope it wont be too long before its on again with some more celebrities.
Piers always seems to enjoy himself too i thought.

I hadn't realised how much he could earn in his heyday but did know he did a lot for charity. I had wondered why Liza wasn't on so now I know! A lot of people don't like Piers Morgan! As birdie 1971 says, there's a possibility we might not see too much of him in the future!
Only watched because hubby was watching, and it surprised me because I really enjoyed it
Nothing can make me warm to Piers Morgan after that disgraceful fake photos incident for which he was rightly sacked from the Mirror and has shown no remorse. I know people who were on service in Irag who said British lives were definitely lost in revenge as a direct result of those photos.

Anyone who saw Morgan on the celebrity Apprentice would have seen his arrogant bullying side, though that's no surprise I suppose - you have to be pretty unpleasant to be a tabloid editor.

That he has become so successful on TV, with people calling him 'Piers' like he's a friend, is one of the most baffling and nauseating stains on modern broadcasting.
I watched it and thoroughly enjoyed it. Like others I didn't think I would, but he made me laugh out loud a few times.
