Corrie .....again

Looking at Whiskeryron's post in the thread below, started me wondering why cannot ITV show Corrie on ITV2.
They've been showing the French Open tennis between the 2 channels and so I cannot see why they cannot do the same with Corrie!

When ITV started showing Champions League they said corrie episodes would be on ITV 2 at the usual times. It didn't happen though.

Don't think so, Bloke on the TV announced after last episode it would be on Nx Monday, These schedules are worked out months and months before hand.
