Where is the story with Janine and Michael going? He would have to murder both to get his hands on the money. He doesnt play a very convincing psychopath. Shaun does it much better!

Marriage cancels any existing will and makes the person making the will interstate until a new one is written. If Janine dies he would still inherit some under the intestacy rules but not all of it. The bulk would go to the child. Michael would be the baby's next of kin so he would have to knock them both off pretty quickly to get all of the money. Otherwise she would have to act pretty quickly to name the baby as sole beneficiary in her new will. Michael would then not be entitled to any of her estate which existed before the marriage.
Am I barking up the wrong tree? Under the soap rules Janine would have another child or husband somewhere who turns up unannounced at the hospital

I do realise this is a documentary, not just fiction but there are lots of rules in Eastenders. The main one is everyone has a long lost relative who turns up unannounced. Everyone is on the merry go round of jobs and accommodation in the square. Parties are always held in broad daylight. A night out is always The Vic, Argey Bargey, then R&R. Champagne is always bought at the Vic, even though the local Tesco is half the price.
lol!
But then I do realise this is a documentrary
