The show received mixed reviews from fans who took to social networking sites to voice their opinions.

Lindsay Galbraith, from Glasgow tweeted: "Well Madonna gig pretty disappointing and sound at Murrayfield truly awful!", and Aileen Muir wrote on the site: "Well #madonna at Murrayfield was hugely disappointing. Perhaps the worst concert I've been to."

not the first negative reviews she has had lately.

do you think she has past her time?
Has never had her time in my view, can not stand her music at all.
A friend of mine went and she loved it. Personally, I don't think she has ever had a particularly good voice so I couldn't imagine a concert with her singing live would be very good. I can she would put on a great stage show though
well we all have our different tastes M-T.

but she is not my cup of tea either.
"not the first negative reviews she has had lately."

She's always had negative reviews. They haven't stopped her becoming a global phenomenon, like her or not.

No she doen't have one of the greatest voices, but then most pop singers don't. The majority can hold a tune but sound a bit ropey when shorne of studio production. Madonna isn't a great live singer, but the fact it doesn't sound great - just okay and occasionally pretty good - underlines she doesn't mime, contrary to some claims.

She does do a big live production but I wish acts like her and Kylie M would occasionally do straightforward fronting-a-band gigs in smaller venues. I think KM did a few a couple of months back and Madonna is doing a small theatre show in Paris this coming week so who knows.

Forced myself to enter one of my local bars.
Chat to manager suggests that, of the people who entered after the concert, approx 75% were disappointed.
I have never been a Madonna fan, and wasn't there, so can't really comment other than to relate what I have heard.
I'm sure the bar manager conducted a very scientific survey with appropriate statistical analysis including well-defined allowances for error and other factors.
