Anyone else keep thinking they're hearing Jamie Theakston commentating on the swimming? Also heard a Bill Oddie soundalike talking bout gymnastics earlier.

My OH also commented on the Bill Oddie soundalike. I must say I am very impressed with the commentating of the Olympics. Mostly people who actually know what they are talking about. Sometimes even actual Olympians. Except for the football of course. Usual idiots doing that!

Thought we heard Matt Baker commentating on the gymnastics. Worst commentary so far was Hazel Irving at the opening ceremony

the swimming commentator who sounds like Theakston is called Andy. The Bill Oddie soundalike is definitely not Matt "Oh My Word" Baker who is as terrible at commentating as he is at presenting.
