You can buy the following just now on dvd

Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace

Episode 2 - The Attack of The Clones

Episode 4 -  Star Wars (A New Hope)

Episode 5 - The Empire Strikes Back

Episode 6 - Return of the Jedi

Episode 4,5&6 are available in a box set just now. Each movie contains an Audio Commentary & there is a bonus disc that features a whole load of extras.

I don't know if there is a special edition of The Phantom Menace planned.

You should be able to buy Episode 3 -Revenge of the Sith round about Christmas time.

Hope this helps
