Electricity at Wooden Stables

Can I have electricity installed at temporary wooden stables? Any advice would be welcome as in the long term we would build a home.

Technically...... they'll probably ask for a simple distribution board with a consumer unit something like this..............

You would probably need an earth rod in the ground as well.
I guess the reason for seeing drawings etc is to ensure that they have someone to chase for the bill.
