Recently it has come to our attention that some members are regularly asking for spare Mail Rewards Club numbers. While the terms and conditions from the Daily Mail say that purchase is required, we also don't like to see anything go to waste. So we're asking members of The AnswerBank:

also, if your number is genuinely missing, you can phone up and answer a brief question about the paper/magazine and they give you a number straight away!

I have ticked YES because it is possible that a AB member may need a number in a 'one-off' situation. But some of the regular rewards club posters only visit our site for the purpose of getting a number.

I actually changed my Sunday newspaper to the Mail so that I wouldn't have to ask for spare rewards numbers.

That's how they get you Wolf :)
Daily Mail say that purchase is required - says it all really.
YES - because sharing is good and if they are of no use to the one who has them, why not?

Only caveat being, not giving out too much contact info.
I purchase the paper & hand the number to someone else - who's losing out?
I've said no because there are serial abusers of the system.
Exactly, a copy has been purchased, so no worries.
The abuse comes from people who hover in the background, waiting for someone to ask then grabbing the number before the OP has a chance to use it, meaning they have to ask again.
There is no need for anyone to ask for numbers on AnswerBank -

Go to, mailonline.co.uk/rewards
You need to be registered, then log in.
To the left of the green box where you enter your numbers there is a blue box, the last entry in this box is 'Missing unique number card'.
Select this option and away you go, there's no charge.
sir P - I have used that method once. There are people who visit AB every weekend and ask for both Saturday and Sunday numbers. Annoyingly persistent people.
wolf63 - Yes I know; and they come up with some amazing excuses as to why they haven't any numbers.
I've put yes. I buy the Mail everyday and have no idea what a Reward Club number is... So anyone can have mine with pleasure (as long as they tell me where to look for it)
I saw one - papershop didn't have paper and it was 0333hrs :-)

I'm off to get a tooth yanked out - be back
Good luck wolf x
I get the Mail delivered every day and didn't mind giving away the numbers. However, the demand for them made me think twice and I have now joined the Rewards Club :-)
Come on then craft tell me what it is?
It's worth it Mazie if you get both Saturday's and Sunday's. Log onto the Mail website and at the top left hand corner you'll see the Rewards Club tab, just follow the instructions for registering then each weekend just enter the numbers for Saturday and Sunday.........you can have a look round for things to redeem your points for..........
Done that craft and now its asking for the numbers and I have no idea where to look.... Give us a clue please x
Ah, silly me, is it only the week-end editions then craft?
