Does the real Morgan Freeman get paid for these ads or have they just ripped off his voice? Is there any law against impersonating someone like this?

Nope.

Nope. And in this case, it's clearly a joke. The ones that annoy me are those where they use someone to imitate a famous person in the hope of fooling you.
